German Summer Courses in Berlin Germany

Learn German and experience Berlin!

Summer is by far the best time to visit Berlin and learn German! The weather is mild and warm and the sun doesn’t set until late, so the city is buzzing with life, during the day and especially at night.

The Sprachenatelier Berlin offers a variety of cultural activities alongside German courses during the summer. These activities include city tours by bus, boat or bike; excursions to the Berlin Wall, the Wall Museum and the Stasi Museum; visits to the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and the Jewish Museum.

In addition to learning German, our weekend trips to other German cities (Leipzig, Dresden, Rostock, Hamburg) are a highlight of the summer. Barbecues and picnics in Berlin’s famous parks as well as beach volleyball on our own beach volleyball court as just as much part of our German summer program. Of course, there is also an opportunity to get to know Berlin’s nightlife better, in the many pubs and bars in Friedrichshain!
