Visa for German Language Course in Germany

Do you need a visa? This is how it works!

Here you will find the registration process if you need a German course for your visa:

• Register for an intensive course (18 hours/week) at the Sprachenatelier Berlin and choose your desired start date.
• After receipt of payment of the registration and course fee (for the desired length - the minimum length for a visa is usually 12 weeks), we will issue a registration confirmation and, upon request, an invitation for the responsible embassy or consulate.
• You can now submit the registration confirmation you received from us to the responsible authority.
• Wait for the authorities to respond. 
• If you have received the visa and your start date for the German course remains unchanged, we look forward to seeing you!
• (If it takes longer for the visa to be issued, please inform us that you need to postpone the start date for the German course - a postponement is possible, but a fee of 30 euros will apply.)
• (If the visa application is rejected by the authorities and you cannot enter Germany, please inform us immediately and send us the rejection notice - it is possible to cancel your participation and the fees will be refunded, although we will retain a processing fee of 30, - Euros.)
