Urban Nation

URBAN NATION is a non-profit initiative that aims to promote creative exchange between artists and Berliners. The initiative has existed since 2013 and supports integration and intercultural exchange in Berlin's neighborhoods through creative work.

We see street art in Berlin every day. One example is the graffiti wall in Mauerpark. And Berlin wouldn't be Berlin without its graffiti art and street art. However, this contemporary art is often short-lived and prone to vandalism, as it is mostly located in freely accessible places. The URBAN NATION Museum provides a protected space for this art and offers artists free space to create. Come along and see for yourself. A free audio guide is included.
