The 8th of March is a public holiday in Berlin, and that's a good thing. One more reason to use this day in a special and, above all, meaningful way. Various demonstrations and campaigns with different focuses are planned.
Come and be an active part in the fight against systematic oppression.
No matter if you are a woman, a man or diverse - in the spirit of equality we invite you all to walk a bit along the centre of Berlin.
At 1pm one of the demonstrations will start at Invalidenpark, the final rally will take place at Bebelplatz.
The organisation "Frauen*Kampftag" criticises patriarchal structures, a society oriented towards profit maximisation, as well as the ideology according to which every person is the architect of their own happiness. They demand a life without fear, without exploitation and oppression.
