It’s Veganuary again! A combination of the words “vegan” and “January”, Veganuary is when people start the new year off with a more vegan diet. Especially in Berlin, the vegan scene is very lively and it’s the dream city for anyone looking for more plant-based alternatives. As of late, these cannot only be found in supermarkets, but also in a museum! Simply V, one of the most famous brands for vegan cheese etc., has opened the Museum of Alternative Cheese in Berlin-Mitte. This innovative project combines art, sustainability and enjoyment of delicious flavors to create a great cultural experience. The pop-up store exhibits plenty of artwork centered around the topic “alternative cheese”, but of course also offers plenty of these products to be tasted and bought. So if you are also taking part in veganuary or just want to try new vegan cheese-come along!
