Berlinische Galerie

Berlinische Galerie

The Berlinische Galerie's many exhibits focus exclusively on groundbreaking modern art collections from all around the world. As well as its classic permanent exhibitions, the museum is also currently holding two limited-edition ones centred around the works of Eduardo Paolozzi and Carsten Nicolai respectively. While Paolozzi is considered to be one of the cofounders of Pop Art, Nicolai was on the other hand fascinated with the connection between visual art and electronic sound – this gives rise to an extremely varied collection of exhibitions. In case there was not already enough to see and experience, the gallery also contains a video space, a light installment, and a gorgeous garden. There really is something for every type of creative!

Meeting place: 1.30pm, in front of the Sprachenatelier

Entrance fee: 5€ (reduced)
