Culture Wednesday - Clouddomination in the Galerie im Turm

This Wednesday, we’re staying in the Sprachenatelier area. The gallery in the tower at Frankfurter Tor is currently hosting an exhibition by Berlin-based artist Arvin Artas. In their first solo exhibition, Arvin Artas draws on motifs from fan culture and video games, combining them with political themes from contemporary Germany. Clouddomination focuses in particular on the connection between media and reality. Here, the word “cloud” is used in the sense in which it is commonly used in the tech industry.
